  MARION ? Back in February, the Marion City Council approved the placement of stop signs at certain railroad crossings within the city. The city supplied the signs and the Crab Orchard and Egyptian railroad installed them. Crossings that have signs posted include Otis, Madison, Van Buren, Monroe, Walker, Vicksburg, and Seventh Streets.
