After years of discussion and many delays for any number of reasons, the Mobridge City Council, at its Monday, Aug. 21 meeting, approved the advertisement for bids on the Main Street extension project.

A new map series ushers cyclists along the Underground Railroad, the 19th-century route followed by black freedom seekers.
