SYDNEY, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Eurofima, the European company for the financing of railroad stock, priced an extra A$200 million ($154 million) of its outstanding 6.00 percent, Jan. 28 2014 kangaroo bond, lead manager TD Securities said on Wednesday.
